Nutrition Seminar with Jeremy Mullins from CFHQ Nutritional Team

Jeremy Mullins aka “Coach J”   Coach / Co-Owner

Coach J was the founder and backbone of CrossFitWV. He has a passion for CrossFit and an in-your-face coaching style that produces undeniable results. He cares just as much about his clients’ out-of-the-box success as he does their PR’s on Benchmarks and Lifts that occur inside-the-box. Coach J can motivate anyone to achieve what they previously thought was impossible. I’m a great example of this… He pushes me ( Coach Cameron ) to go Faster, Heavier and Longer every single time I step in the box and is a huge reason that I became a coach and affiliate owner. Coach J brings with him over 10 years of personal training experience and will be the Nutrition Expert / Dietitian for Firebreather Fitness. He earned his Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Marshall University where he is currently an assistant professor and is working on his PHD in Biomedical Sciences. Some of Coach J’s accomplishments are as follows:

CrossFit Level 1 Certified

CrossFit Endurance Certified

CrossFit Football Certified

CrossFit Kids Certified

IronMan Wisconsin competitor

Olympic Distance Triathlons

Completed IronMan Wisconsin and 6 Marathons
