Think about it. No one “teaches” you how to run. You are just told to “go run” (or you get chased by a bear and have no other option!) Running is all about form…your body position, your breathing, where your foot strikes the pavement, and pacing! All these (and more) will be addressed at the running clinic! We will teach you proper position (aka “pose”), help you with breathing, practice drills for perfect foot strike, and teach you how to pace! You will get faster, and more efficient!!
