Instead of showing body/physique progress, how about some strength progress? The left was my first strict pull up ever, taken June 3, 2015. The right video was today, December 23, 2015. From 1 to 7 consecutive pull ups (I couldn’t fit them all in 15 seconds) in 6 months…hard work, commitment and dedication is the only way to get there. There are no short cuts when it comes to fitness goals. Personally, this makes me really proud of myself for putting in the work!
