#3 Think of how much happier you are when you DO get in and how much it effects your stress level
#4 Stop making excuses that are not relavant and just put your mind to it! Make small goals for yourself.
#5 Stop eating bad! If you eat healthier you’ll have a sense of control and accomplishment
# 6 Listen to an audio book
#7 Compete with someone
#8 Buy cool new workout clothes
#9 Tell yourself…..You CAN DO THIS!!
