Why is good coaching necessary for success?
Maybe you’ve uttered these words…… “why should I pay for a trainer when I can work out at home or on my own?”
Or maybe you’ve said this “why am I not seeing results?”
Or even “ugh… I’ve got to get back to the gym but I hate going”
Coaching in all aspects of life can be helpful, but especially in CrossFit. Here are some reasons why you need to be coached in order to have success with your goals.

- Help you perform to your best ability
- Assessor and advisor — Coaches need to be able to assess an athlete’s performance and advise on which areas need to be improved. Advice given by a coach may also cover training recovery, working around injuries, nutrition, and developing a positive mental attitude.
