Weight Loss & Toning

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossFit classes with the option to work with our coaches on specific Nutrition challenges. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our experienced coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit classes which include Olympic Lifting and Power Lifting. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer open gym before or after class to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

If health and longevity and just over all looking and feeling good are your top priorities, we got you! We encourage you to try all of our offering; CrossFit and Personal training to find the format that you enjoy the most. Run Faster & Smarter

If your goal is to get a better 5K time in your next race or maybe you have bigger goals like a Triathlon we know what will get you to that Finnish line! Using compound functional exercises that recruit a swath of muscle groups, variety of times and intensity CrossFit will increase your aerobic capacity and muscle endurance getting you further faster in your run. CrossFit will help you reduce the risk of injury by building healthy muscle and increase explosive power and speed.

Personal Training

We understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. If you prefer to train in a 1 on 1 situation; or if you are part of our CrossFit classes, but want to work on individual skills, personal training may be your solution. With our training, one of our coaches will meet with you to determine your goals, and work to set up a plan to reach them. You do not have to be a member of our CrossFit Group Training to register for 1 on 1 personal training options.

Endurance Sports Performance

CrossFit can make you a better athlete at your sport. Whether your a swimmer, football player, rower, track and field athlete, cross country runner, lacrosse player, or triathlete to name a few, 99.9% of these athletes greatly benefitted in their specific sport from CrossFit-type of training.

Weightlifting Training

At CrossFit Lake Mary you will find Olympic lifting in the daily programming. CFLM is the ideal environment for anyone who wants to master these complex lifts. Here you will focus on form, technique and learning how your specific body type impacts how you lift. We are a USAW affiliate club with USAW certified coaches.
