December 2016 ATHLETE OF THE MONTH CROSSFIT LAKE MARY Name: Lewis Roberts Age: 45 Where did you grow up? Finger Lakes of NY until I was 15, then Naples, Florida. When did you become a member of CFLM? April 2014 What do you do when are you not at CFLM? I’m an attorney who helps people with their financial issues, as well as other areas of law, and I have a real estate broker license. I enjoy watching most sports on tv while lying on the couch (instead of rolling and stretching). How did you find out about CrossFit? Recommended by my buddy, a personal trainer, when I moved to Lake Mary and could not continue with him. When did you realize CrossFit was right for you? Right away. Set it and forget it. I did not have to worry about how to program for myself. Motivation is built into the Crossfit concept. What is your favorite WOD/movement? I like chippers or WODS with a bunch of different movements. Variety. What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
