UGH!!!!!!

On the other hand…how many of you have heard of CrossFit and think…oh…. you HAVE to eat Paleo!

Well sort of!  We believe the best thing to do is to eat to perform!  What’s that mean?

It means…yes, eat healthy, yes avoid all processed foods, it means, don’t eat a ton of sugar, it means just eat good!  We are trying to change your habits for a healthy lifestyle….NOT put you on a diet!  Starting a workout program and eating well go hand and hand.  Not one diet fits all and no one EVER STICKS to a DIET for life!
