Many of you think that weight training is bad or going to make you “bulk up” well I’d like to share with you a members post.
“So I got my bone density measured and my L1-L4 spine which is right above the hips improved by 9.6% and the rest stayed about the same. My doctor was quite happy and surprised, not only did my osteopenia reversed from the last scan but bone density got better. I can only attribute this to the training/lifting at CFLM. I want to thank the Coaches for the support. Age is truly just a state of mind”.
