The 12 Days of Barbells (Time)

Use a 95/65 pound barbell and perform the following exercises 12 Days of Christmas Style: (just like the song):

1 Barbell Burpee (do a the pushup portion with arms on the barbell)

2 Power Snatches

3 Overhead Squats

4 Back Squats

5 Weighted Lunges

6 Push Jerks

7 Front Squats

8 Push Presses

9 Push-ups (arms on the barbell)

10 Deadlifts

11 Hang Power Cleans

12 Thrusters

To be completed like the song – 1 Barbell Burpee; 1 Barbell Burpee, 2 Power Snatches; 1,2,3; 1,2,3,4; etc all the way to the 12th day.
