After a sufficient warm up complete the following on the minute:
Min 1: 1 rep at 85%
Min 2: 1 rep at 85% +5#
Min 3: 1 rep at 85% + 10#
Min 4: 1 rep at 85%
Min 5: 1 rep at 85% +5#
Min 6: 1 rep at 85% + 10#
