Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In Teams of 3:

As Many Burpees in 16 Minutes

Athlete 1 Runs 200 Meters

Athlete 2 Does Alternating Burpee Wall Ball Shots in a 1:3 ratio 20/16

(so after one burpee do three wall ball shots.)

Athlete 3 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Score is total number of BURPEES, (NOT BURPEES + WALL BALLS) so you must do your 3 Wall Ball Shots in order to get each succeeding point opportunity by doing a burpee.
